  • When will my order ship?

    Shop orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. During new releases, conventions, or holidays, processing times may be a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Due to the limited nature of my artwork, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I'll be happy to help.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?

    Please email missupaceycs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged item
    • Photos of the packaging

    I'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.

  • Can I use discount codes on every item?

    Discount codes are applicable only once per customer and are only available on certain collections. Originals and miss u mail club are excluded from discounts.

Print Club FAQ

  • What is Miss U Print Club?

    Miss U Print Club is my monthly membership where you'll receive exclusive, members-only artwork delivered right to your mailbox. Every month features a brand-new exclusive theme, with artwork created just for Print Club members.

    As a special thank you, every member also receives a bonus exclusive birthday print during their birthday month! 🎉

  • What's the difference between membership tiers?

    Base: 1 exclusive art print each month

    Premium: 1 exclusive art print + 1 exclusive sticker sheet each month

    Collector: 3 exclusive art prints + 1 exclusive sticker + 1 exclusive sticker sheet each month

  • When will I be charged?

    You'll be automatically charged when you join Print Club. After that, your membership automatically renews each month on the same date you originally signed up.

  • When do I need to sign up by?

    Join by the 7th of the month to receive that month's Print Club package.

    If you sign up after the 7th, your first package will ship on the 10th of the following month.

    Example: Sign up on August 8 → Your first Print Club package will ship on September 10.

  • When will my order ship?

    Print Club packages ship on or around the 10th of each month.

    Packages are mailed using stamped mail to help keep membership affordable, so tracking is not included.

    Please allow:

    • Up to 7 business days for U.S. delivery
    • Up to 21 business days for international delivery after shipping

  • I'm already a U.S. Patreon member. What do I need to do?

    US: if you signed up for my patreon before June 29, 2026, your membership will still be honored and there is nothing for you to do unless you would like to switch over to your membership here :-)

  • Can I join if I live outside the U.S.?

    Yes! International memberships are currently available - sign up on Patreon!

  • How do I update my address or payment information?

    You can update your shipping address, email address, and payment information anytime through your customer account using this link.

  • Can I cancel, pause or skip my membership anytime?

    Yes! You can manage, pause, skip or cancel your membership at any time through your customer account before your next renewal date here.
